So I came across a friends facebook site and saw he had recently posted a blog, it reminded me that I too have one but had completely forgotten about it. Life has been insane in the last month so I haven't really made time to journal about my oh so exciting life.
I guess the most recent big news; which has now come and gone; was that my company was overstaffed and put out a letter of furlough; or lay-offs; in the middle of last month. The rumor of furlough had been going around for awhile before they even made it offical in writing. But the offical word came out about a month ago, saying that they were going to furlough 25 people. At that point I was 17th from the bottom. And then they offered eaarly retirement and taking voluntary furlough and people actually took them. So thank God I get to keep my job!
So offically I have a new apartment and new roommate. Its been obviously a long time coming...good God thank you for a place to live! Its an amazing place with a lot of luxuries that I've never had before...and don't technically need but I guess once in our lives we can experience the fun side of a living space.
Other then that not much has happened...life is okay, just busy busy busy! Until next time...:)
